Workshops & Auditions 2025

This year we are providing workshops in all 3 of our majors: dance, cheer and gymnastics. Whether you are already booked on to Camp and would like to come and meet some new friends and the coaches ahead of the summer, or you are looking for a scholarship. The day is set out to be super exciting and one not to miss!

Camp Enchanted is a place where dreams come true. A summer with your best friends, making new friends and doing something you absolutely love all the while learning new skills.
We want to ensure this experience is available to as many young people as possible and that children who come from a household that may not be in a financial position this year to be able to book camp, do not miss out.
Audition Overview
There are no pre-requisites to be able to take part in camp or to audition.
There will be auditions in person in Reading on 23rd March as well as online applications for those further afield,

You will be emailed with the results following the auditions. No final decisions will be announced on the day.

Athletes will be able to meet the camp staff, they will have a short interview and be able to join in the workshops all day.
Audition & Workshop FAQ
You must apply for the audition, spaces are limited. No walk ins will be accepted and not all applications will be successful.

Scholarship spaces will not necessarily be awarded to the top performing athlete..
​
Parents / carers are welcome to stay and watch the workshops. You may also drop and go but you are not permitted to wander round the Queen Annes Campus.
The audition process will look at each attendee’s attitude as well as physical and mental ability.

All level athletes are encouraged to attend from recreational to elite, 8-17 years old.
Athletes can join in 1, 2 or 3 workshops. We notice those who are stepping out of their comfort zone trying something new.

If you have already booked a space at camp and paid a deposit you can not apply for an audition but you can attend the workshops.
​
Auditions are for those who are not yet enrolled into camp. Should the bookings become full before the Auditions date, we will have reserved the spaces for the scholarships so if you are successful you will be guaranteed a space. ​

11:00-12:00 - Gymnastics
12:00-13:00 - Cheerleading
13:00-14:00 - Dance
Cost: £10.00 for 1 workshop only or £20.00 for all 3. Price includes refreshments, access to workshops, camp gift, and the opportunity to meet staff and friends ahead of camp.

Online Auditons
Zoom calls will be arranged upon successful applications so we can meet you and find out what camp would mean to you. You will also be required to submit a video of you performing your skills either in the gyms, studios or recent competitions.​
There is no charge for online auditions, however we encourage you to join in person if possible.
Workshops
Gymnastics 11:00-12:00
Will focus on floor work, acro and tumbling

Cheerleading 12:00-13:00
Will focus on Stunts, Jumps and a little bit of choreography
​
Dance 13:00-14:00
Will touch on 2-3 different styles and give dancers the chance to express their favourite styles
